Hi guys, it’s Barry in DR.  I thought I would introduce you to the local attorney we work with to help our expat friends that want to purchase land or a home and to assist in residency in the Dominican Republic.  Dr. Julio Brea is one of the lead attorneys in one of the most prestigious law firms in the Dominican Republic, Guzman Ariza.   Dr. Brea works closely with expats on the north coast of the Dominican and is very good at cutting through any red tape or inefficiencies that you sometimes find in Latin countries.  As you can see in these videos, Dr. Brea is quite fluent in English and other members of his team can handle communications in other languages if needed.

Is there a linit on how much you can buy,Does a dominican have to be on the deed with a us citizen

No limit and all land is Plat and titled as in Canada and the US. No local name need to be on title.
