Cabrera and Brugal Two Names Needed to Smooth Out Life's Sharp Edges

Cabrera and Brugal Two Names Needed to Smooth Out Life’s Sharp Edges

Hi Guys its Barry in DR. For those of you who have already been to Cabrera and taken our tour you’re going to love this. If you’ve purchased or are in the process of purchasing you’re going to love this even more!!

When I’ve mentioned about the Malecon project (malecon is a boulevard by the sea) and Cabrera is getting ALL NEW ROADS I meant what I said. Some may have wondered and I can understand why but if I say its happening take it to the bank as its going to happen.

Welcome to Cabrera's New Malecon. A beautiful boulevard by the sea!!!

Welcome to Cabrera’s New Malecon. A beautiful boulevard by the sea!!!

The entire town has new paved roads with median strips and sidewalks. Cross walks are at every intersection with glow in the dark safety markings. The malecon will soon be lined with several new business shops and restaurants.

Old English lamp posts, double wide sidewalks rubbish cans, seats and even stone safety walls for those who have a bit to much Brugal.

The new grocery store has just about everything you will need all in one stop. The best locally baked french bread by the newly opened bakery owned and run by a nice European couple. Folks there are several business opportunities waiting for you if you only are able to break free of the mind blocking grip placed on you from your local medias… it’s up to you. If you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

Really is something good for the town.

I’m going to keep this short as I don’t want to miss two for one wood fired pizza. My time to enjoy some of the best pizza you ever had along with several ice cold Presidente Beers. See I don’t worry about some jar head cop pulling me over acting like a storm trooper grinding my ass. Please don’t think I’m a huge drinker as I only have them one at a time. Hope you enjoy the pics. love to hear some comments from the folks that have been here as they can relate to the before and after. I’ll be doing a trip up Loma Alta as you won’t believe the drainage and road construction either. Remember I told you to consider looking there for a nice increase in value. Like the song says it’s only just begun. WOW. It is amazing and encouraging to see all the infrastructure projects being completed in the Cabrera area. I feel lucky to have discovered this little oasis in an otherwise stagnant world. I watch as the infrastructure in the US decays and real estate values continue to suffer and it is refreshing to see that the old adage… location, location, location still works in some parts of the world. I sleep better at night kn0wing that some of my savings are out of easy reach from the US government safely tucked away in appreciating real estate in such a beautiful paradise. Can’t wait to get down there full time. Thanks for keeping us up to date on what is going on in Cabrera.

As with LO MALTA it is great to see these things happening. Things are going good in Cabrera, as someone who has lived here for many years it is amazing what is going on with the infrastructure. Great work Barry keep it up

I couldn’t agree more. If I didn’t see the changes I would not have believed how great it could look. We went the other night about 9pm and there were groups of families all together enjoying themselves, playing dominos and it was a beautiful sight.

Wow!! That came out great! Thanks for all the pics Barry. It was under construction when we were there last and I wondered how it would turn out. There is definitely some money flowing into this area….just like you say. When they put so much money into all the roads and highways it definitely shows there is more to come. Can’t wait to come see it in person.

Yea it’s pretty great. I’m pleased to see the entire region coming to a new level. Makes one wonder even in this rigged world economy how some places are flourishing. At a national debt running about 8 Billion that’s right with a “B” not a “T” go and figure. But again who lends huge sums to 3rd world countries. Lucky us eh? The Barrack gold mine alone can erase the entire amount. Six new highway projects, new roadsthrough out the town of Cabrera and many others!!!, all types of inproving services, underground fiber optic project underway ect. It all seems to confirm that paradigm shifts are what is occurring and most of the crumpling is done by the large hands from a so called higher plateau. Thanks for all the comments.
