More About Residency Programs In The DR

I am learning what works best from personal experience and from the experience of the many expat families that are going through the residency process in the Dominican Republic.  It makes a big difference in comfort and convenience when our American and Canadian expats can work directly with a native English speaking attorney.   As you will learn in these short video interviews, the partners in the Guzman firm are rooted in both Dominican law and in delivering the level of services demanded by our expats. In part 1 of our interview with Licelotte Minaya of the Guzman Ariza firm we learn more about the firm and its immigration practice.  The Guzman Ariza firm not only specializes in immigration services, but also has active administrative law, corporate law and real estate law and litigation practices.  This comes in quite handy in the formation or corporations and various other legal strategies that are of particular interest to our expats.

For now, it’s Barry in the DR.

Love these videos. Very informative and to the point presentation. I just want to tell other readers they need to look no further as far as getting started in the DR. You three people are the “go-to” people. I have met you all and must say you know what you are talking about, and you do what you say. Folks, Lille, Maria and Barry are some of the finest people you will find, and their experience, dedication and knowledge is par-excellence.
