4 Wheeling Wrapup – Through The Rivers We Go To Get To Cabrera

Let’s wrap up our Sunday afternoon 4 wheel adventure in the third and final video in our 3 part series.  On this leg of the trip we continue to explore a rarely used cutroad in the outback near the North Coast… just for the fun of it.  No such thing as bridges on  backroads like this.  You must be prepared to just drive through them if you want to get to the other side.

One of these days I am going to get up the nerve to drive right up the middle of one of these shallow rivers for as far as I can make it just to see what is on the other end.  One of my good Dominican friends has ventured up in some of these backwoods rivers and discovered old Tiano Indian artifacts just laying along the banks of the river.  Maybe we will try that one of these days, and if we do, we’ll take the camera along with us.

Looks like a lot of fun. This video is up my alley. I had a great time with you the last time we did a journey with the 4×4. The misses and I will be spending a lot of time in the backwoods next time we’re there.
