Naranjito Road Paving Progresses – Opening Opportunities For Expats

Naranjito Road Prep For PavingOn a tropical island like the Dominican Republic, some of the best real estate appreciation follows new road paving and infrastructure development.  Today we follow up on our earlier exploration of the Naranjito road.  Despite the usual delays as property boundries are surveyed and settled, it appears that the Naranjito road is well along it path toward blacktop.  As we have seen every time one of the mountain roads are paved in the hills overlooking Cabrera, the interest levels in real estate opportunities in this area are starting to heat up.  I don’t need to tell you that being at the right place at the right time is one of the best ways to make a good return on real estate investement.

And with new paving just around the corner, this is the right time and the Naranjito area is the right place to snap up a few property bargains.  The  new road development is occurring right now in Naranjito in the hills above Cabrera Dominican Republic.

In this little video we take another spin up the Naranjito road.

You will notice the improvements from just a few weeks ago as the road is graded, the bridge and culverts put in place, readying for the upcoming paving.

This may be the last time you get a chance to see the dirt and rock road through Naranjito above Cabrera before it is paved. As we have seen with the paving of other mountain roads above Cabrera, new real estate investment opportunities are opened for expats and for locals alike. We expect the same to occur as the Naranjito road is paved.

Thanks for this follow-up footage Barry of the Naranjito Road. Driving this same route with you just 5 weeks ago, I notice a huge amount of progress today in your updated video! As you know, my family followed your recommendation and purchased a beautiful lot along this route back in 2013, with amazing views over Cabrera and 180 degree views of the ocean, and we couldn’t be more happy that we did so… especially now with the road improvements! Thanks again for the updates!
